Job DescriptionWe're looking for experienced, professional CDL drivers that will share our commitment to our people, partners and planet.
Traveling to locations on your assigned route, you will be responsible for packing, transporting and properly disposing of waste material in accordance with our environmentally responsible policies and procedures.
This position requires up to 4 overnights per week (with paid hotel expenses and a nightly per diem).
QualificationsMinimum
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GEDUnderstand, read, and write EnglishAble to repeatedly lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
Able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods of timeBasic knowledge of Windows-based software (Word, Excel, etc)Willing and able to wear company-provided personal protective equipment such as eye protection, foot protection, Tyvek coveralls, and respirator (as needed)Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)manual transmission experienceAble to pass a DOT physical, drug test, and DEA background check Preferred QualificationsValid TWIC CardHazmat Endorsement (candidates will be expected to obtain endorsement as a condition of employment after hire)Tanker EndorsementAt least 1 year of route driving experienceKnowledge of hazardous materials and OSHA regulationsAdditional informationClean Earth offers competitive benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plans starting on the first day of employment; paid time off, wellness benefits, employee discount program, tuition assistance, and a 401k with company matching.
