Job Purpose To operate mobile equipment with repetitive functions on the TechShield line of an OSB manufacturing facility.
In this position you will have the opportunity to:
Organize and manage finished product frm mainline production.
Organize product stored in warehouse and shipping pad Complete forklift inspection checklist Facilitate the process of re-graded product exiting the TechShield line Maintain supplies for TechShield strapper (cross-outs, TechShield bags, banding, glue, etc.
) Assist with mill forklift needs Inventory and communicate downgraded material to TechShield Operator Perform general preventative maintenance on TechShield line Perform other duties as necessary.
Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.
What do I need to be successful? Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of simple equipment operation.
Knowledge of general equipment maintenance.
Time management skills.
Demonstrated mechanical ability.
Ability to read and understand safety rules and regulations.
Education:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Experience:
3 - 6 months experience operating mobile equipment.
Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.
