Job Purpose To assist with the purchasing and receiving of materials for the production of OSB.
In this position you will have the opportunity to:
Process all inbound deliveries and verify packing list matches shipment contents Assist Materials Manager with processing and keeping inventory Receives direct & indirect materials in SAP Ariba system and issues stock for reorder in EAM Assists with the procure-to-pay process including invoice reconciliation and managing GRIR Works with master data, AP, GBS, and Finance on P2P processes Responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of all stocking locations, including general house keeping of the areas Perform other duties as necessary.
Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.
What do I need to be successful? Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Time management and multi-tasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use a computer and software systems.
Ability to read and understand safety rules and regulations.
Must possess a valid driver's license Education:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Experience:
